Work the fulfillment board
The Fulfillment Order Dispatch Board shows every active fulfillment order across all sales orders, laid out as stage columns so you can see at a glance what needs dispatching, what's in flight, and what's stuck. Each lifecycle runs a different sequence, so each lifecycle tab shows its own board.
Open the board
Go to Orders → Fulfillments and switch to the Orders Board tab (or open the board directly). The lifecycle tabs across the top — All, Push 3PL, Pull 3PL, Manual, Pickup, Channel-Imported, Merged — carry live counts.
Read the columns
On the All tab, the stages summarize every lifecycle:
| Stage | Meaning (as the board puts it) |
|---|---|
| Awaiting dispatch | Routed and ready, but not yet handed to a fulfiller — the next action is yours. |
| Submitting | Being handed to the fulfillment provider — sent and awaiting their acknowledgement. |
| With the fulfiller | Submitted / accepted / acknowledged by a provider, awaiting pickup, or a channel is actively processing it. |
| Needs attention | The exception column — anything that's errored or rejected. |
Switch to a lifecycle tab for its own stages — for example Pull 3PL runs Awaiting release → Released → Downloaded → Acknowledged, while Manual has a single Awaiting fulfillment stage (record the shipment to fulfill it; there's no provider round-trip). The full stage-by-stage map is in the status reference.
Surface what's stuck
Use the Aging controls to hide the fresh stuff: age by order date or submission date, with thresholds from older than 1 day up to older than 30 days. An aged board that isn't empty is your exception list for the morning.
Act on a card
Each card shows the FO number, its sales order, lifecycle, warehouse, channel, order date, and size (units · lines). Click a card to open the fulfillment order and act — dispatch it, record the shipment, or fix what's blocking it.

The dispatch board shows every active fulfillment order, staged by lifecycle — what needs dispatching, what's in flight, and what's stuck. Each lifecycle runs its own stages, so each tab is its own board. Manual warehouses just await fulfillment; 3PLs round-trip through their provider. Aging filters surface what's stuck — anything older than three days is your morning exception list. Click any card to open the fulfillment order and act on it.
