Create & work a pick list

A pick list turns fulfillment orders into a guided walk through the warehouse — bin-sequenced, scannable, and trackable. Picking several orders at once makes a wave.

Before you begin

Create a pick list

  1. Go to Orders → Pick Lists and click New Pick List.
  2. Pick the Warehouse. Its fulfillment orders appear with their order, quantity, and status.
  3. Tick the orders to pick — several at once make a wave. Lines already on an open pick list are skipped automatically, so double-picking can't happen.
  4. Click Create pick list. You land on the new list — for example PL-000001 — showing the warehouse, order count, and progress (0 / 4 picked).

Work the picks

The guided view walks one pick at a time (Pick 1 of 4), each in three confirmations:

  1. Go to bin — walk to the named location and scan the bin's barcode, or tap Confirm bin.
  2. Pick item — scan the product's barcode, or tap Confirm item.
  3. Quantity — adjust the quantity if short, then tap Picked.

Skip moves past a pick you can't complete; Restart scan backs out of a half-confirmed step. The All picks panel shows the full sequence with each bin, SKU, and quantity, and the header tracks progress until every pick is done.

After picking

Picking stages the goods; the shipment itself is recorded on the order — see Fulfill a sales order. The pick lists index tracks every list's Status, Progress, and Assignee.

A pick list turns fulfillment orders into a guided walk through the warehouse. Click New Pick List. Pick the warehouse, choose the orders — several at once make a wave — and create. Lines already being picked are skipped automatically. Then it's one pick at a time: confirm the bin, confirm the item, confirm the quantity. Skip what you can't complete, and watch progress tick up.
