Track shipments

Where fulfillment orders are the plan, shipments (fulfillments) are the record — what actually left a warehouse. The Shipments tab under Orders → Fulfillments lists every one.

The list

Each row is a shipment like SO-0012.1 — the order number plus a fulfillment suffix. Columns cover its Status (for example fulfilled), Type (for example manual), the Order and Customer, Sales Channel and Integration, Warehouse, Tracking and Delivery, the requested and actual fulfillment methods, Total Qty, Lines, Cost, and the fulfilled/created dates. Filter by Status, Type, Voided, Warehouse, Sales Channel, or Date, and save views like any list.

Use it to answer "what shipped yesterday from Main Warehouse?" or "which fulfillments have no tracking?" without opening individual orders.

Fixing a shipment

Shipment corrections happen from the sales order — see Void, restore or reset a shipment. The Voided filter here is how you find them afterwards.
