Manage sales reps
A sales rep is who gets credit for an order. Set a rep as a customer's default and every new order for that customer carries them automatically — or pick one per order when creating a sales order.
Add a sales rep
- Go to Contacts → Sales Reps.
- Click Add Sales Rep.
- Enter the Name (required). Email and Phone are optional.
- Optionally pick a Linked User — connect the rep to a SKU.io user account.
- Leave Active on and click Create.
You can also bulk-load reps with Import (same four-step importer as customers), and the customer importer creates missing reps automatically when a Default Sales Rep column names one that doesn't exist yet.
The sales rep page
Click a rep's name to open their page — two tabs:
- Details — name, email, phone, linked user, status, and timestamps, with an Edit action, plus a Summary of the sales orders credited to the rep.
- Activity — the audit trail of changes.
The list
The sales reps list shows Name, Email, Phone, Linked User, Status, Orders, and Created, with Status and Linked User filters, saved views, and advanced filters.
Next steps
- Create & edit a customer — set a customer's default rep.
- Create a sales order — how a rep lands on an order.

Sales reps get credit for orders. Click Add Sales Rep, name them, and create. Link a user account if the rep logs in. Each rep has a page — contact details, status, and a summary of the orders credited to them. Set a rep as a customer's default, and every new order carries them automatically.
