Manage a connected app

Once an app is connected, Apps & Integrations is where you keep it running the way you want — control what it syncs, pause it when you need to, and disconnect it when you're done. This guide uses a connected Shopify store as the example.

Before you begin​

Open a connection​

  1. Go to Apps & Integrations. Connected apps appear as Quick Access cards, each showing its sync status.
  2. Click a connection to open it. Its Dashboard shows the connection's status, what it has synced, and when it last synced.

Control what it syncs​

  1. Open the connection's Settings, then the Sync tab. This is where you find Sync Controls.
  2. Use the Sync Schedule toggle to switch the whole connection between Active and Paused. Pausing suspends the scheduled sync and incoming webhooks — a manual Sync Now still works.
  3. Under What syncs, turn individual capabilities on or off — for example, Import orders from Shopify and Import products from Shopify coming in, or Push prices to Shopify and Push inventory to Shopify going out. Changes apply immediately.

Disconnect an app​

  1. In Settings, open the General tab.
  2. Scroll to the Danger Zone and click Delete under Delete Integration. This permanently removes the connection and its associated data, so use it only when you're sure.

Everything you connect to SKU.io lives under Apps and Integrations — your sales channels, accounting, shipping and fulfillment, and more. Connected apps show their status at a glance, from Sync Active to Paused, and the greyed-out ones are apps you can still add. Open a connection to control its syncing. Pause the whole schedule when you need to, then resume it — and choose exactly what flows each way: import orders and products from the channel, and push your inventory and prices back to it. Each connection keeps its own settings across these tabs. And when you're done with one, the General tab's Danger Zone lets you disconnect it for good.
