Connection status
| Status | Where you see it | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Sync Active | Quick Access card | Automatic sync is running. |
| Sync Paused | Quick Access card | You've paused automatic sync for this connection. |
| Active | The connection's dashboard | The connection is authenticated and healthy. |
| Inactive | The connection's dashboard | Credentials were rejected — reconnect the app. |
Sync controls
Found under a connection's Settings → Sync tab:
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Sync Schedule (Active / Paused) | Pauses or resumes all automatic sync and incoming webhooks for the connection. A manual Sync Now still works while paused. |
| What syncs switches | Turn individual capabilities on or off — each governs its own scheduled jobs and webhooks. |
Typical What syncs capabilities for a sales channel:

Permissions
Managing integrations is controlled by separate permissions:
