Read your dashboard

The Dashboard is your business at a glance. This guide walks the sections top to bottom, then shows how to tailor them to what you care about.

Read the metrics​

  1. Go to Dashboard (the home screen).
  2. The top row is your operational KPIs — Low Stock Items, Active Backorders, Unfulfilled Orders, POs Arriving This Week, and Invoices Due / Overdue — the day-to-day signals of what needs doing.
  3. The next row is your financial KPIs for the selected period — Revenue, Cost, Profit, and Orders.

Read the trend and the alerts​

  • The Revenue chart plots your Sales or Profit over 7, 30, or 90 days — switch the range and metric with the toggles above it.
  • Needs Attention lists the things worth acting on now — overdue purchase orders, orders with unallocated lines — each linking straight to the record.
  • Period summaries compare Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Month to Date, and beyond, with the change against the prior period.

Customize what you see​

  1. Click the gear icon on the dashboard (or go to Settings → Dashboard → Display Settings).
  2. Toggle any section on or off — Operational KPIs, Financial KPIs, Revenue/Profit Chart, Needs Attention, Period Summaries, Top Products, Inventory Health, Financial Alerts — or turn off Show Financial Data to hide every financial section at once.
  3. Set the Default Period and Default Metric the dashboard opens with, and the Low Stock Threshold that decides when a product counts as critically low.
  4. Click Save Changes.
