Listing and channel inventory reference

A reference for the Listings views. For the model, see how multichannel listings work.

Live listings columns

Column	Meaning
Listing ID	The channel's own identifier for the listing.
Listing SKU / Title	The SKU and title as they appear on the channel.
Product SKU / Product Name	The catalog product the listing is linked to.
Channel	The connected sales channel the listing is on.
Inherit	Whether the listing uses the integration's default price/stock rules.
Master of Stock	Who owns the quantity — SKU.io, the channel, or neither.
Price / Qty	The listing's price and quantity on the channel.
Sync Status	Whether the listing is currently in sync with the channel.

Catalog coverage states

State	Meaning
Live	The product is published and active on the channel.
Ready to publish	Set up and ready, not yet pushed live.
Needs attention	Blocked by a mapping or validation issue.
No longer live	Was live, now removed or ended on the channel.
Not configured	The product isn't listed on that channel.

Master of Price / Master of Stock

Set per listing (or inherited from the integration):

Option	Effect
SKU.io	SKU.io pushes its price / stock out to the channel.
The channel	SKU.io reads the channel's price / stock.
Neither	You manage the price / stock manually on each side.

Channel inventory sync statuses

Channel Inventory reconciles each listing's SKU Qty against its Channel Qty:

Status	Meaning
In Sync	SKU quantity and channel quantity match.
Mismatch	They differ — the channel may be over- or under-stated.
Never Synced	No sync has run for this listing yet.
Pending Recalc	A change is queued to be recalculated.
