Browse your channel listings

Once a channel is connected, Listings is your window into what's selling where. This guide walks the two views and a single listing's detail.

Before you begin​

  • A sales channel must be connected (under Apps & Integrations), so there are listings to see.

Live listings​

  1. Go to Inventory → Listings. The Live Listings tab lists everything currently published on your connected channels.
  2. Use the channel tabs (All, Shopify, …) to focus on one channel, and the search box to find a listing by SKU, title, or product.
  3. Each row links its channel listing to a catalog product, and shows the price, quantity, and sync status.

Catalog coverage​

  1. Switch to the Catalog Coverage tab.
  2. The tiles summarize your whole catalog — how many products are Live, Ready to publish, Need attention, or Not configured (not listed anywhere yet).
  3. The coverage matrix shows each product against every channel — live where it's published, blank where it isn't — so you can see your gaps at a glance and, where enabled, publish to fill them.

A single listing​

  1. Click a listing to open its detail. The Summary shows its title, price, and quantity, and View in SKU jumps to the linked product.
  2. Pricing and Inventory Settings set the Master of Price and Master of Stock — whether SKU.io pushes to the channel, reads from it, or you manage it manually — or inherit the integration's defaults.
  3. The Inventory Cache compares the listing's SKU Qty to its Channel Qty per location, the basis for channel-inventory sync.

When you connect a sales channel, SKU.io mirrors what's listed there. Under Inventory, Listings, the Live Listings tab shows everything published on each channel, linked to your products. Catalog Coverage flips it around — your products against every channel, live where they're published and blank where they're not, so you can see the gaps at a glance. Open a listing to set who owns its price and stock — SKU.io, the channel, or manual — and to see its quantity reconciled against the channel.
